This Taxes, Fees, Refunds & Service Charges Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy of CHEAP TICKET HUB and governs all airline ticket bookings, post-ticketing services, cancellations, refunds, exchanges, and special service requests made through www.cheaptickethub.com (“Website”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Website and/or completing a booking, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by this Policy, the Terms & Conditions, and the Refund Policy collectively.
1. Final Pricing & Binding Charges
All prices displayed or quoted include:
- Base airfare
- Airline-imposed charges
- Government-imposed taxes
- Airport fees
- Applicable service fees
You acknowledge that:
- Prices may change until ticket issuance
- Once payment is completed and a ticket is issued, the final total amount charged is binding
- No price adjustment will be made due to later changes in taxes, fees, or fare rules

Government-imposed taxes and fees are mandatory, collected on behalf of airlines, airports, and government authorities, and are subject to change without prior notice.

U.S. Federal Segment Fee
Applicable per flight segment routed within the United States | Code: ZP – Amount: $4.50
U.S. Excise Tax
Applicable to all flights routed within the United States and the Canada/Mexico 225-mile buffer zone | Code: US – Amount: 7.50%
Passenger Facility Charge (PFC)
Airport improvement charge applied per itinerary | Code: XF – Up to $18.00
U.S. Passenger Civil Aviation Security Fee
Security screening fee per one-way journey | Code: AY – $11.20
U.S. International Transportation Tax
Applicable to flights routed to or from the United States, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands | Code: US – $19.70
U.S. Animal & Plant Health Inspection Service Fee
Applicable to international arrivals (except Canada) | Code: XA – $3.83
U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Fee
Applicable to international arrivals | Code: XY – $7.00
U.S. Customs User Fee
Applicable to international departures | Code: YC – $6.52
International Taxes & Airport Fees
Includes inspection fees, security fees, and airport-imposed charges based on international regulations | Amount varies – Up to $349.00 (approximate)
Government-imposed taxes are non-refundable, except where the airline or applicable law explicitly permits a refund.
3. CHEAP TICKET HUB Service Fees (Non-Refundable)
All service fees charged by CHEAP TICKET HUB are non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of:
- Ticket cancellation
- Airline schedule change
- Airline denial
- Visa denial
- Medical emergencies
- No-show
- Airline bankruptcy
- Government restrictions
Online Booking Service Fees
- $0.00 to $100.00 per passenger
- Applies to U.S. Domestic and International bookings
- Based on cabin type, itinerary complexity, airline, and fraud-risk routing
- Passenger types include Adult, Child, Senior, Infant, Student, and Military.
Additional Service Fee Scenarios
- Multi-city itineraries: up to $100.00 per passenger
- Multi-airline or high-risk routes: up to $50.00 per passenger
- Certain airlines: up to $40.00 per passenger
- Nearby airport or alternative date search: up to $50.00
- Fusion fares: up to $100.00
- Contact Center bookings: $10.00 to $200.00 (Senior citizens capped at $100.00)
All service fees may be converted into local currency and are subject to change without notice.
4. Refund Eligibility & Airline Rules
Most airline tickets sold through CHEAP TICKET HUB are non-refundable.
Refunds, future credits, or exchanges are possible only if:
- The airline fare rules permit it
- You are not marked as a “no-show”
- A waiver is approved by the airline
- The request is accepted by us
Approval of a refund does not guarantee the amount refunded.
5. Post-Ticketing Service Fees
Post-ticketing services are charged per passenger, per ticket, and are in addition to airline-imposed penalties.
Cancellation & Refund – Within 4 Hours
Agent Assisted Cancellation: Flat $25.00
Cancellation & Refund – 4 to 24 Hours
- Ticket up to $300: $25.00
- $301 – $400: $35.00
- $401 – $500: $50.00
- $501 – $750: $75.00
- Above $750: 10% of gross ticket amount
Cancellation Beyond 24 Hours – Future Credit
Economy Class: Domestic – $40.00 | International – $40.00
Business / First Class: Domestic – $75.00 | International – $100.00
Cancellation Beyond 24 Hours – Refund
Economy Class: Domestic – $100.00 | International – $200.00
Business / First Class: Domestic – $200.00 | International – $200.00
Ticket Changes / Exchanges
Within 10 days of new travel date:
Economy: $125 (Domestic) / $200 (International)
Business / First: $200
Beyond 10 days:
Economy: $75 (Domestic) / $175 (International)
Business / First: $175
6. Special Services
All special services are request-based only and subject to airline approval.
Service fees apply for cases including: Medical cases, Bereavement, Duplicate bookings, Name correction, Visa issues, No-show cases, Denied boarding, Routing changes, and Unaccompanied minors.
Special service fees are charged upon processing and are refunded only if the airline denies the request.
7. No-Show Policy
If you fail to check in or board your flight:
- Your ticket may become entirely void
- No refund or credit may be available
- All service fees remain non-refundable
- Airlines may cancel onward or return segments
8. Legal Consistency & Limitation
This Policy operates in conjunction with the Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Airline fare rules.
In case of conflict, airline fare rules and applicable law prevail, followed by the Terms & Conditions.
9. Final Acceptance
By booking through www.cheaptickethub.com, you confirm that you:
