2. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking:

  • Cancellation requests must be made through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
  • Refund amounts will be calculated after deducting applicable cancellation charges imposed by the travel provider.
  • The closer the cancellation is to the departure or check-in date, the higher the cancellation fee may be.

3. Cancellation by Service Provider

If a flight, hotel, or travel service is canceled by the provider:

  • You will be eligible for a full or partial refund based on the provider’s policy.
  • In some cases, you may be offered an alternative booking, credit, or rescheduling option instead of a refund.

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive at the scheduled departure, check-in, or activity time without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show, and refunds may not be provided.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Special Circumstances

Refunds due to extraordinary situations (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or medical emergencies) will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with provider policies.

7. Changes to Bookings

Modifications such as date changes, destination changes, or traveler details may incur additional charges. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
